Services

• Quotations describe the agreed scope, deliverables, timeline and payment terms. Work begins after quotation acceptance and satisfaction of the agreed payment conditions.
• Accepting a quotation does not by itself imply payment completion or project commencement.
• Clients are responsible for providing required content, access and approvals in good time.

Intellectual Property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment. SAG TECH may display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this website, submit false or unlawful information, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.

Liability

SAG TECH provides services with professional care. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes
